The San Juan Beach Hotel is located in the heart of the Condado area, 7 miles from the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport and 3 miles from the Piers and downtown Old San Juan. It is located walking distance from shopping, dining and nightlife. The hotel is situated on the north by the Atlantic Ocean and on the south by the Condado Lagoon. Although they are on the beach, it is not swimmable as there is a reef along the length of the Condado. Tranquil beaches are located a short walkable distance away. There is also a windsurfing outer reef point behind the hotel.
