Cancellation Policy for La VUELTA Puerto Rico®
There are no transfers, refunds or deferrals ... no exceptions. Nine to ten months before the actual date of the event, we contractually commit with dozens of supplies and independent contractors. When and if a rider cancels, this action weakens our financial position which could potentially pose a threat to the integrity of the event. Therefore, effective March 2010, there will be no transfers, refunds or deferrals. We will make no exceptions. We understand this is a destination event that requires physical preparation and travel plans ahead of time. Once you commit to sign up, we know you will not want to miss it.
We strongly suggest you get some form of insurance in the event there is an act of nature that prevents you from participating in the event.
