The Puerto Rico Tourism Company announced on Friday, January 11, 2008 through its Executive Director that the Lighthouse Cycling Tour of Puerto Rico is one of the nine (9) scheduled sports events in Puerto Rico for 2008 that is expected to have the greatest impact on our local economy.

We feel extremely proud and humbled to be mentioned among such a fine group of sports events in our only second year and look forward to exceeding the expectations of all its participants just as we have in the past editions.
